Eric Henderson (he/him) is a skilled policy advocate and researcher with experience in local and state policy advocacy, budget advocacy, and community organizing. He has a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders to design, advance, and implement policies that improve people's lives. Over the last few years, his work has focused on the intersection of environmental justice and criminal justice.

Most recently, Eric worked as an independent policy consultant and previously held positions with social justice organizations in the Bay Area and Sacramento. He received a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a Master of Public Policy from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
